Welcome, kindred spirit. Here you’ll find answers to our most whispered wonders — a little guide to ease your mind and help you feel perfectly at home in our care. We cherish your comfort and safety above all else, so wander through these notes and know that you are in good hands, always.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment start time to ensure that you have enough time to park, complete any forms and use the restroom.

What is your late/cancellation/rescheduling policy?

We ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel, that you do so before 24 hours of your appointment start time. Anything within 24 hours is considered a "Late Cancellation" and will be subject to the cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service price. Anyone who "No Shows" their appointment by not showing up at all  without cancelling or communicating their absence will be subject to the cancellation fee of 100% of their scheduled service price. Arriving late may result ina shortened session and will still be subject to the full amount of the scheduled service. After 15 minutes late, the service provider will determine if there is enough time for your treatment. Please be punctual out of respect for your service providers time and other clients.

I've never had a massage before, what can i expect?

We are so excited that you chose us for your first massage! When you enter the treatment room, your massage therapist will discuss your treatment goals and what you're wanting out of your massage. You and your therapist will discuss any health and medical concerns that could affect your treatment. Listen carefully to the instructions your therapist gives. Undress down to YOUR comfortability before you get onto the table. Most people undress completely or leave their underwear on. It's totally up to you, as long as you're comfortable. Make sure that you communicate if you want more or less pressure so that your therapist can adjust accordingly. This time is scheduled specifically for you, so we want to make sure that you get exactly what you need! 

I've never had a facial before, what can i expect?

Your skin will be so happy that you made this appointment! Your esthetician will discuss with you the treatment goals and options for your specific skin type. They will go over how much to undress. It is advised to come in with fresh skin, no makeup and to remove any ear and facial jewelry that could get in the way during the service. Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, and sensitivities that you're aware of.  We want to make sure that you get the best treatment possible for your skin, so make sure you discuss all of your questions and concerns with your licensed esthetician before, during, and after your appointment.

Is there an age requirement to receive services?

We love treating people of all ages! With that being said, anybody wanting a service that is 14 years old or younger must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form for them as well as be on the premises during the full duration of the treatment. 15-17 years old need a consent form signed by a parent or guardian. The minor consent form is located on the intake form that will be sent to the person receiving or booking the appointment.

What should i do if i am pregnant?

Congratulations on your pregnancy! We love pampering you at any stage in life. Let us know at the time of booking so that we can let your service provider know. We have many options to keep you safe and comfortable throughout any service. If at any point during your service you feel uncomfortable or require extra assistance, let your service provider know so that we can make adjustments for you.

Do you offer couples services?

We certainly do! When you book online, it will give you the option to book for two or more people. You can select the services and specific enhancements for each person. Then you can select the day and time. It will have you review everything at the end before you confirm the booking. Or you may contact us directly and we will gladly help you get scheduled for your next couples' appointments!
