Purchase online anytime or stop by in person — just call or text us ahead of time if you're coming in so we can make sure someone is here to help. A few good things to know: ✦ Gift cards expire one year from the date of purchase. ✦ Want to include gratuity? Just let the recipient know so they can use it toward their Guide's tip. ✦ Already a member? Gift cards can be used once your monthly credits are spent — since membership payments draft directly from your account, the gift card steps in after.

The easiest way is online through our website. Just pick your service, select your Guide, and claim your chapter. Don't see a time that works? Give us a call or text and we'll do our best to find something that fits. We're also happy to answer any questions before you book.

Yes to both! HSA and FSA cards are welcome at Canyon Shire for eligible services. If you're unsure whether your service qualifies, a quick check with your card provider before booking will give you the clearest answer. We do not work directly with insurance providers.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within that window are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows are charged 100%. A card on file is required at booking — it won't be touched unless we need to enforce the policy. We know life is wonderfully unpredictable, and we never enforce this lightly. But our Guides' time is their livelihood, and a last-minute cancellation is a chapter that could have belonged to someone else who needed it. We ask for this out of respect for them and for every guest waiting for their turn at Canyon Shire. Running a little behind? We completely understand, just give us a heads up. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid running into the next guest's time. Every person who walks through our doors deserves to feel fully welcomed and unhurried, including you. We never want one chapter to cut into another.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. HSA and FSA cards are also welcome! We do not accept cash or checks.

Gratuity is never expected at Canyon Shire. Your comfort and care are our priority regardless. That said, if your Guide made your chapter truly memorable, a tip is always a meaningful way to say thank you. The industry standard is around 20% of the service, but truly, any gesture of appreciation goes a long way.

Part of what makes Canyon Shire feel like a true escape is that we operate as a private, appointment only spa. There's no busy front desk, no waiting room shuffle — just your chapter, ready when you arrive. You'll receive a private door code before your appointment. We don't accommodate walk-ins or unannounced visits, so if you need to stop by outside of a scheduled appointment, give us a call or text first and we'll make sure someone is here for you.
