What to Expect

Response Time — We'll get back to you as soon as we can. During business hours, expect to hear from us within 2 hours. Outside of business hours, we'll respond the next business day.

Booking Questions — Don't see a time that works for you? Reach out and we'll do our best to find a chapter that fits your schedule.

Parking — We have our own parking lot, so finding your way to us is one less thing to worry about.

Arrival — We ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment. This gives you time to settle in, take a breath, and leave the outside world at the door before your chapter begins.

Client Intake Form — Before your appointment, you'll receive a client intake form via email or text through our booking system. Please make sure it's filled out before you arrive. It helps your Guide prepare the most thoughtful experience possible for you.
